Sleazenation (UK) Review of Last of the Great 20th Century Composers

Concetta Kirschner's sexual-musical panopticon returns to the fray, with psychedelic Hip-Hop paens to booty (Bump your Ass off) and Kool Keith's Ass. Jon Spencer adds a metallic remix grind to Do it Like a Robot, while the divine Concetta shows off her grand skills at every available opportunity. The larger than life beats, cartoon sampler flourishes, and brief forays into Russ Meyer girl group thrash (Sex, I Like) make this the aural equivalent of luridly over-coloured gonzo porn, and as such is fucking great, if occasionally heavy-going due to the stylistic jump-cuts.
