ok you guys are not gonna believe this.

if you are like me, you have tried every manner of deodorant from the health food store-

Toms, Dr. Hauschka, Crystal Whatever.

(oh in case you are using crap like Mennen extra pine blue ocean stink bomb crap STOP NOW- there is aluminum in nearly all commercial deodorants and aluminum has been proven to lead to Alzheimer’s!!!)

so my dear friend Miguel told me to scrub my underarms thoroughly in the shower with soap,

and then take a wedge of lemon and rub it all over your underarms (like deodorant)

i was like yeah right–

look i can sweat. if you’ve ever seen me live, you know, i can sweat.

and contrary to popular opinion that i am actually composed of dried rose petals, i can get a teeny bit stinky.

but lo and behold, this lemon really works! i am not kidding.

through 3 hour jivamukti (no joke) yoga practice, a 4 mile hike, etc.-

i’m smellin sweet as lemon pie.

try it.

no more plastics, no more chemicals on your skin and in the water from the deodorant factory,

no more ozone-depleting aerosols or testing on animals-

straight off the tree,
